CEDA Revolving Loan Fund
.
The Churchill Entrepreneur Development Association provides direct client services in business development and works as the coordinating agency with federal, state, and local government; community organizations; and other partners to create a thriving business community through expanding existing businesses and fostering entrepreneurship.
One of the biggest barriers to entry for Entrepreneurs into starting their own small business in Fallon and Churchill County is the access to capital. As a rural community, access to capital can be a hurdle that most small businesses do not have the time or resources to over come which can then lead to devastating loss in the businesses.
By the generous contributions from local government and the business community, CEDA is able to launch the first ever CEDA Revolving Loan Fund for Fallon and Churchill County businesses. The CEDA Revolving Loan Fund is a mirco-loan program with loans not exceeding $10,000. We are proud to partner with the Rural Nevada Development Corporation to provide this program and to be able to continue this program for years to come.
In the first year of the program, $50,000 will be allotted with the maximum loan amount not to exceed $10,000. Each loan will be subject to RNDC loan terms and conditions. We are hopefully that after the first year, we will be able to increase the allocation of funds to expand the reach of the program.
